A reminder about the aims of the Programme.

 

The first aim of the Programme is to create an awareness among parent(s)/guardian(s) of the path to intimacy with God, an awareness of this spiritual realm, that it is there, it exists, and it is available to us.

 

The second aim of the Programme is to help parent(s)/guardian(s) to pass on this awareness in the home. So, the sessions are directed to your attention – parent(s) and guardian(s) – and you are requested to make the material your own and then to pass it on to your child(ren) as best you can using your own language.

 

The dates I have suggested for each session are a guideline only. They are not intended to be a straitjacket! So, please feel free to adapt the dates to suit your family and circumstances at home.

 

Remember too that there are support meetings scheduled.

 

• Tuesday 31st January at 7.30pm in St. Senan’s Church – after the 7.00pm Mass.

 

• Monday 20th February at 7.30pm – again after the 7.00pm Mass in St. Senan’s Church.

 

The meetings are to help you, so please do not be afraid to come along and chat to us. We are here to help and support you.

 

If you are aware of parent(s)/guardian(s) who may have difficulty reading or who may not be able to read, please let them know that voice recordings of each session are available via WhatsApp. Ask them to get in touch – confidentiality is assured.
